Event Planning
Perot Museum wanted to connect with more Latino families. We recognized that the best way to reach this audience was through cultural celebration - Día del Niño, a cherished holiday honoring children and community. The result was a family-focused event that brought visitors to the museum and exceeded projected attendance by over 125%.
I handled the design for the digital assets - posters, banners, and social media announcements. On top of that, I helped with the geotargeting research to help choose nearby schools to help promote the main event. We helped set up the booths, take photos, and even surveyed each participating family.

The "Road Show"
4 Schools. 4 Weeks. Perot Museum sought out 4 different elementary schools in Dallas to showcase the museum and promote their upcoming 'Día del Niño' event.

A digital banner I designed showcasing each 'stop' before the big event.

The Big Day
After a successful neighborhood tour, we anticipated (and prepared) for about 800 attendees. To our surprise, more than 1,200 guests showed up to the Perot—causing the museum to reach full capacity and prompting a temporary pause of entry. Thankfully we had plenty of space in the main lawn, vendors, and games to keep participants happy while waiting out open space for the Museum.

But wait... There's More!
